Cheyenne Chia

My name is Cheyenne Chia and I am a Year 2 Industrial and Systems Engineering student with a 2nd major in Data Analytics from the National University of Singapore. With my graduation scheduled for May 2025, I am eager to embark on my professional journey.

As an engineering student with a keen interest in technology, I have honed my programming skills in languages such as Python and Java. While these languages have provided me with a strong foundation, I am always seeking to learn and expand my knowledge base by picking up more languages and exploring new technologies.

As an Engineering student, I have had to adapt to the ever-changing tech industry and quickly learn new concepts. I take pride in my ability to learn quickly and apply my knowledge to real-world situations. This has been evident in my past internships, where I have accomplished results and exceeded expectations. I am a dedicated learner who is committed to achieving my goals. I am driven by a strong work ethic, and I am always willing to put in the hard work required to succeed.

In my latest role as a Supply Chain and Procurement Intern, I led the charge in optimizing sales and marketing processes by providing crucial support to the supply chain team. By proactively communicating with clients and the supply chain team, I identified and prioritized project requirements, ensuring the timely completion of project milestones. I expertly handled inquiries such as RFQs in CRM and created accurate quotations. Additionally, I supported the supply chain and operation performance teams in procurement and closely tracked project progress to ensure timely delivery.

In my role as an Administrative Assistant, I delivered efficient administrative and secretarial support to the executive team, enabling seamless operations. I designed and prepared captivating presentations, reports, payments, and creative content for clients, elevating the company's brand image. Demonstrating exceptional organizational skills, I managed expense claims and prepared payment invoices.

In my role as a Business Development Assistant, I played an integral role in identifying, sourcing, and developing potential markets, driving revenue growth for the company. I assisted in establishing, analyzing, and managing clients' portfolios, leveraging in-depth market research and insights. Proactively connecting with clients and introducing upcoming projects, I was able to increase client retention and loyalty. I managed client databases and established robust client relationships to facilitate long-term business partnerships. I also devised and implemented innovative financial strategies for corporate and individual clients, optimizing their financial performance and increasing their profitability.
