Leave and Benefits
• Manage E-leave & E-attendance in HR portal, including leave type entry, entitlement, application, certificate collection & approval and daily employee's attendance;
• Responsible for purchase and renewal of insurance (Public liability, Foreign worker Medical Insurance, WICA, Security Bond).
Payroll
• Responsible for full spectrum of payroll functions;
• Oversee processing of payroll changes (e.g. new hires, terminations, raises) and system upgrades and ensure compliance with relevant laws and internal policies;
• Administrate the monthly payroll, CPF, NS claim, Childcare claim, Maternity/Paternity Leave, & Foreign worker levy, income tax (IR8A & IR21) matters etc.
Training
• Identify training and development needs, organise staff training sessions, workshops and other activities.
