About Chin Meng, Winson Nai:

I have extensive experience in the financial services industry, with a customer-centric focus. I also possess good communication and problem-solving skills, which helps to drive strong client relationships and maintain quality customer service with my clients. I am also a problem solver. I have some experience dealing with top management (VIP) users and ability to simplify technical jargon to simple layman language which users could understand. I am also a constant learner and quickly to adapt to new environment. 

I have recently completed a post graduate diploma in IT (cybersecurity) from Nanyang Polytechnic in Oct 22 and previously completed an Advanced Certificate in Info-communication Technology from Lithan academy. I learnt how to configure Active Directory, IP address, GPO, installation of OS on Windows server and Windows 10. I always hope to value-add to the company I am joining.
