Chris Econn

Chris Econn is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Guardrail. He has over 25 years of success in

helping organizations build successful enterprises in the cloud worldwide. He has led several earlystage

start-ups into acquisitions exceeding US$500 million in value.
 

While at Onica (later acquired by Rackspace in 2019,) Chris helped grow its early AWS consulting

practice in Los Angeles into AWS's #1 non-GSI (Global System Integrator) partner, earning the top

spot on the reputable IT-Channel CRN Global Fast Growth 150 as the fifth fastest-growing solution

provider in 2019.
 

Chris has a deep technical background in cutting-edge application layer technologies and has

experience leading mobile, IoT, ML, and Big Data teams. As a strategist and hands-on technology

practitioner, Chris designed and implemented the world's first self-deployable Blockchain on AWS

for the Algorand Foundation.

I have over 10 years of experience business succeed in the Cloud, and recently, with funding from the Algorand Foundation, I built Algorand's entire node infrastructure on GCP, AWS, and Azure.
