Christy Yeo

I am a 2nd-Year student taking a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Design Practice, at Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts in affiliation with University of Arts London. 

With a background in Visual Communication and Media Design, I have collaborated in multiple projects within multidisciplinary teams. 

I have a strong interest in being able to practice user research methods and understanding contexts to derive user insights and identify needs that help build effective design solutions. 

I have done an internship as a Graphic Designer at Vivid Snaps LLP, creating multimedia graphics for marketing and business use. 

Most of my other working experience is with adhoc events jobs where I exercise my ability to adapt to changes and confidence in approaching strangers. 

Otherwise, most of my free time outside of schoolwork was spent on extra-curricular activities like A Cappella and Leadership/Teambuilding activities. 

I have a GCE ‘O’ Levels Certificate, and a Diploma in Visual Communication and Media Design.

I am currently in my second year of a 3-year course, which is a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Design Practice, at Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts Singapore. This course is affiliated with University of Arts London, where we completed one term studying in the UK.
