Directed the hotel’s renaming and transition programme, maintaining brand visibility, digital rankings and audience trust through a comprehensive continuity plan across B2B and B2C platforms to ensure commercial stability during reindexing and name change. Within six months, achieved top 10–20 organic placement in key source markets (US, UK, Australia and Singapore) with improved traffic intent and booking conversion ratios.

Led the hotel’s first full-scale creative production in 28 years, delivering a new brand film, refreshed wedding and lifestyle imagery, and a modernised visual library that re-energised the hotel’s identity post-transition.

Advanced digital enablement for F&B, introducing landing-page optimisation, analytics integration and always-on performance marketing to strengthen discoverability and conversion.

 

CONRAD SINGAPORE ORCHARD & CONRAD CENTENNIAL SINGAPORE

Directed marketing for a two-hotel luxury cluster, leading the pre-opening and go-to-market launch of Conrad Singapore Orchard while sustaining brand visibility for Conrad Centennial Singapore.

Developed and executed the hotel’s opening marketing plan, covering brand identity, campaign strategy and paid-media rollout — positioning Conrad Singapore Orchard as a new luxury landmark.

Launched a dedicated wedding campaign integrating creative direction and digital media, outperforming enquiry and conversion targets and establishing weddings as a key commercial segment from opening.

Delivered regional PR and digital outreach across Singapore, Indonesia, China and Australia, generating over USD 2.5 M in PR value and 4 M+ impressions in launch phase.

Strengthened collaboration between brand, commercial and operations teams to ensure consistent positioning and measurable ROI.

 

HILTON SINGAPORE ORCHARD

Director of Marketing Communications | Jul 2021 – Feb 2023

Directed the pre-opening and brand launch of Hilton Singapore Orchard, the largest Hilton property in Asia Pacific (1,080 rooms).

Delivered an integrated 360° launch campaign spanning PR, digital, partnerships and influencer activations, generating USD 10 M in PR value and record-breaking web traffic in launch month.

Defined brand tone and creative direction for signature venues (EstateGinger.Lily), securing top-tier media coverage and positioning them as leading F&B destinations.

Spearheaded the launch of Osteria Mozza Singapore — the restaurant’s first and only outpost in Asia — managing brand communications and launch strategy in partnership with its Michelin-awarded chef owner, and securing USD 600 K in PR value through premium coverage and collaborations.

HILTON SINGAPORE

Led marketing and communications for one of Hilton’s top-performing hotels by EBITDA in Asia Pacific, driving brand visibility and commercial performance.

Maintained operations and market presence throughout Covid-19, adapting swiftly with staycation, dining and local engagement campaigns that kept the hotel agile and visible during market disruption.

Spearheaded the hotel’s F&B master plan, creating commercially resilient concepts such as Opus Bar & GrillD9 Cakery and refreshing the original Il Cielo — all of which continue to thrive under a new operator, underscoring the strength of their brand and market positioning.

Led end-to-end pre-opening marketing for DoubleTree by Hilton Phuket Banthai and Hilton Garden Inn Singapore, both achieving strong commercial performance within the first six months and sustaining growth in subsequent years.

DOUBLETREE BY HILTON KUALA LUMPUR

Marketing Communications Manager (Pre-Opening to Launch) | 2010 – 2013

Led end-to-end marketing communications for Hilton’s first DoubleTree by Hilton in Southeast Asia and second in Asia, managing brand launch strategy, creative development and integrated campaigns.

Positioned the hotel as Hilton’s flagship conversion model, establishing a benchmark for subsequent DoubleTree openings across Malaysia.

Achieved all commercial goals in the first year, with the hotel continuing to perform as one of Hilton’s leading assets in Malaysia to date.

Delivered strong brand entry and media traction, securing top-tier visibility and sustained awareness across rooms, F&B and wedding segments.
