About Claryl Quek:

I am self-motivated and highly driven person who takes pride in things that I do. I hold positive 
working attitude at all times. I am able to overcome challenges that I faced at work such as working

Experience

• Executive support to Singapore Managing Director, Chief Marketing Officer and four (4) Deputy General Managers.
• Extensive calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense claims for all executives.
• Provides timely, coordinated, and accurate scheduling of all executives’ appointments.
• Strategic planning of management meetings and agenda preparation; ensure follow-ups on action items to meet business goals.
• Coordinates and set-up business related activities (i.e., corporate summits, management meetings, conferences, corporate giftings); ensure well-organized logistic provisions, including top-level visitor’s agenda.
• Provides mobility support to expatriate executives, includes but not limited to Employment/Dependent Pass application, passport renewal, transport and accommodation arrangements, and personal and family concerns.
• Manages records, filing and handling confidential correspondence.
• Accountable in the maintenance and monthly upkeep of contact base, providing timely updates on important announcements (i.e., circulars from Group Office, Monetary Authority of Singapore)
• Assist and provide support to the HR & Administrative department
• Occasional reception duties
