As someone that looks to specialise in CRM for my career, I am deeply committed to ensuring that users have the best experience possible from beginning to end. In my view, the purpose of CRM is to create a seamless customer journey that delivers exceptional value and fosters long-term relationships. 

What I find particularly exciting about CRM is its consumer-centric focus, which positions it as the closest point of contact between a company and its users. Moving forward, I am eager to continue expanding my knowledge and expertise in this dynamic field, as there is always more to discover about the potential of CRM to drive business success. 

Ultimately, my passion for CRM is rooted in a desire to help businesses better serve their customers by leveraging the power of innovative technology and data-driven insights. Whether working to implement new systems or optimize existing processes, I am always focused on delivering measurable results that exceed expectations.

I have extensive experience in CRM, having worked as a CRM Associate at Circles.Life and a Regional CRM Intern at ShopBack. At Circles.Life, I was responsible for devising effective communication strategies that led to a significant increase in open and click-through rates, as well as creating communication journeys for product launches and campaigns that resulted in a boost in revenue per user. At ShopBack, I handled CRM communications for multiple countries, performed regular campaign analyses to provide data-driven insights, and planned and executed tactical campaigns that achieved a significant increase in traffic. Overall, I am highly skilled in developing and implementing successful CRM strategies that improve engagement rates and drive business success.

I completed a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Accounting and Finance from the University of London - Singapore Institute of Management from August 2017 to May 2021. Relevant coursework included Management and Innovation of e-Business, Managerial Economics, Management Accounting, Management Science Methods, Financial Management, and Statistics. Prior to that, I obtained a Diploma in Business Applications from Republic Polytechnic in Singapore from April 2014 to March 2017. Relevant coursework included Marketing, Enterprise Solutions for Business, Cognitive Processes and Problem Solving, Effective Communication, and Database System.
