I am a quality professional with thirty-two (32) years of experience in the Design and Manufacturing of Interconnected Devices in the Electronics industry. I have managerial experience in Advanced Quality Planning (“AQP”), Manufacturing Quality Assurance (“MQA”), Supplier Quality Assurance (“SQA”), Customer Quality Assurance (“CQA”), Quality Management System (“QMS”), Project Management, and Operational Management (“OM”). 

I am a Certified Quality Manager and an ISO/TS 16949 lead auditor. I have extensive experiences in customer interface activities such as programs implementation and critical issue resolution. 

My strengths are cross-functional system (workflow) development and implementation, organization transformation and restructuring, crisis management, problem and conflict resolution, and as a change agent for continuous improvement. My interests are in organization transformation, system (workflow) development and process re-engineering.

My strong interpersonal skills at both operative and management levels have helped me achieve goals in support of my company’s mission. My personal keys to success are hard work, strong and consistent employee involvement and buy in, and continuously striving for improvement.
