 More than 8 years of extensive experience in management and oversight of high visibility manufacturing projects in the aviation domain in Singapore. • Managed Internal & External ,3rd party audits (Boeing, Airbus, & Authorities) 
• Monitor progress of Root Cause Corrective Actions (RCCA) issued to internal and external parties by working with the process owners to develop effective corrective and preventive actions in response to audit findings. 
•  Perform data analysis and drive down production rejects and quality escape. 
•  Managed Quality Assurance Department’s standard operating procedures (SOP), forms & Exposition (CAAS, EASA, FAA). 
•  Supervised & Coordinated with relevant departments to close Non-conformance issues during conformity inspection. 
•  Lead and managed Calibration system (Maintains and controls tools and equipment) 
• Ensure execution of AS9102 First Article Inspection (FAI) 
• Lead and monitored Subcon/Supplier’s performance & Approved Vendor List (AVL).
