Roles & Responsibility
•Coordinate with customers for work orders and delivery status
•Work closely with the operation team to ensure services meet customer satisfaction
•Manage warehouse cargo and delivery to customer
•Daily allocation of jobs for delivery personnel
•Manage the team's day-to-day administrative support requirement for operations
•Sort and compile of work orders & supporting documents
•Prepare invoices for customers pertaining to each work order
•Ensure accuracy of invoices, process and ensure payments on time
