Experienced in client success and social media

I currently work as an Enterprise Client Success Manager at Qnary, where I manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts comprising of executives ranging from senior to C-Suite executives to build strategies to optimize their social media profiles and presence. In this role, I build relationships with both my clients and teams to build on my clients’ content strategy and position them as thought leaders within their fields. The clients I work with are leaders in a wide range of industries, including advertising, blockchain, finance, and insurance. I've worked across global markets, applying my background from Singapore while integrating my educational and working experiences in the US to work cross-culturally.

I graduated from New York University with a B.S in Neural Science and B.A in Psychology.
