I hold a master’s degree in civil engineering from the National University of Singapore (NUS) and bring six years of extensive  civil engineering experience. Currently, I hold a High Potential Individual visa for the UK,  making me eligible to work in United Kingdom.

My academic background at NUS and my diverse professional experience have equipped me 
with a solid foundation in civil engineering principles and project management. I have 
successfully contributed to various projects in Singapore, demonstrating strong technical 
skills and dedication.

Resident Technical Officer (Aug 2022-Present) 
RJ Crocker Consultants Pte, Intra Airside Road Connection, Second Parallel Taxiway, and 
fire Station No. 2 for Changi East at Singapore Changi Airport. 
• Supervise ERSS works according to the ERSS Plan and check for Annex C & D. 
• Witness for instrumentation record also Check AL and WSL. 
• Witness for NDT and UT tests for welding joints at ERSS Steel members. 
• Supervise Wet Speed mixing, Deep Cement mixing and Jet Grouting works. 
• Supervise RC Concrete Structure at Air rise Connection Road such as RC wall up to 20m 
height, open cut Tunnel with roof slab, base slab, Manhole, Strom water tank Depth 11m 
& cable duct. 
• Supervise Sub Station-2 and Fire Station-2 Building works, Starting from Piling to until 
the superstructure works. 
• Supervise RC piling and Bored piling works. And follow up with ULT, WLT, PDA & PIT 
tests on piling works. 
• All the Steel and Precast material check upon delivery and sample testing attend at 
accredited Laboratory. 
• To review, evaluate and assess all works done and submit to client if necessary. 
• Perform the role of PE Assignee if required or tasked by Qualified Person. 
• Supervise and Inspect ARC Taxiway and Flexible pavements Compaction, Procedures

• Leading and guiding the structural team and addressing the unique challenges of the 
project by providing technical solutions to the team and mentoring to improve the 
performance of structural team. 
• Supervision of bored piling works including boring, confirmation of rock level & toe 
level of piles, installation of pile reinforcement cages, and concreting of piles. Including 
PIT& PDA tests 
• Supervision of Reinforced Concrete (RC) works for pile caps, beams, slabs & walls 
according to structural drawings & Euro codes. Including supervision of reinforcement 
work, formwork & concreting works.

• In charged of deep excavations, soil improvement techniques and construction of Raft 
foundation. 
• Supervision & monitoring Steel structure elements and their connections according to 
the approved drawing for the boardwalk at Rifle range. 
• Supervision Steel bridge fabrication and installation 
• Supervision & monitoring ERSS works using sheet pile and Deep excavation works.

• Supervised the Bored pile works such as Reinforcement steel Cage installation, pile 
casting, soil investigation, depth confirmation and Site in-charge at pile rectification 
works. 
• Ensure the site works are executed accordingly based on approved technical 
specifications, detail drawing and interpreted plans. 
• Material submission, approval, ordering, and delivery are according to agreed schedules. 
• Preparing Method for statement for Sub and Super structural works. 
• Supervision and Monitoring Metal Decking Bridge and Bon deck slab Works 
• Supervision of installation of precast elements such as columns, wall panels & Beam. 
• Supervised and made sure the tests conducted in site and laboratory such as pull-out test 
for planting the rebar, slump test, and cube test etc.

Design Engineer Sep 2017 - May 2018 
Civil and Structural Engineering (Pvt) Ltd, Keells Waterfront Project, Colombo, 
Sri Lanka. (850 million USD) 
• Liaise with other designers, including architects, to agree on safe designs and their fit 
with the aesthetic concept of the construction. 
• Design of concrete structures according to Euro code (EN1992) 
• Design of Steel structures & Connections according to Euro code (EN1993) 
• Load evaluation, analysis, computations, reinforcement detailing and preparation of 
Detail Drawings. 
• Examine structures at risk of collapse and advise how to improve their structural 
integrity, such as recommending removal or repair of defective parts or rebuilding the 
entire structure.
