I’ve managed and scaled regional teams, delivering both permanent and contract staffing solutions for complex technical and leadership roles. My track record includes leading hiring programs for SP Group (blockchain marketplace), Sembcorp (data science team), Intel (APAC digital transformation), and Standard Chartered Ventures (ESG blockchain platform).

As Founder of HireCraft, I built an AI-driven career marketing platform that helps senior executives land high-value roles by bypassing traditional recruitment bottlenecks.
