Planned and implemented supply chain optimization projects alongside supervisors for the APAC, EMEA and AMER regions with an improvement of about 30% in most KPIs. Performed data analysis required to track and report KPIs (e.g., Costs, Lead Time, Carbon Footprint) weekly. Research Internship – Institute of Molecular and Cell Biology, A*STAR

Worked alongside well-known scientists at a translational retinal research laboratory, developing biomaterials for Vitreo-Retinal surgery, drug and cellular delivery, and attained basic lab technique skills. Started and led a small-scale experiment at the lab on the effectiveness of Retinal Epithelial Cells on 3D cell culture using micro-carriers.
