Witness the PQT, Lab test, hydro test, visual and dimensional inspection for GRE, GRP, FRP, HDPE pipes and fittings.
• Deep knowledge in Six sigma Methodology (DMAIC & DMADV), TQM, TPM, TOC (Theory of Constraints), Lean Manufacturing, Erehwon Innovation management, APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, FMEA, 5’S, QC Circle, 7 QC Tools, SWOT Analysis, 8 D concepts, 5W-1H,CAPA, 4 M method, 2 Bin system, Ishikawa Diagram, One page QC Story, Deming Cycle, KANBAN, KAIZEN, SMED (Quick Change over) and Poka-Yoke.
• Possessing Excellent Auditing Skills in India and Overseas in the different fields like Coating, Heat Treatment, Machining, Polishing, Laser Marking, Forging, and Powder Coating
