Responsibilities:
- Responsible for administering SAP’s internal Training, Demo, and Consulting (TDC) systems worldwide, and ensuring high availability and optimum performance of the systems.
- Provides 3rd level SAP Basis technical and database support for SAP internal TDC customers worldwide (SAP MaxDB, SAP ASE 15.x and 16.x, and SAP HANA 1.0 & 2.0)
- Incident and service request ticket processing for SAP internal TDC customers worldwide.
- Managing and meeting the SLA of the internal delivery to ensure high availability and optimum performance of the TDC systems as well as overall customer satisfaction.
- Mentors/coaches new team members to ramp their technical skills up to be ready for productive support.
- Responsible for system installations and upgrades, homogeneous and heterogeneous system copies/migration (import/export via SWPM), system performance & troubleshooting of complex SAP Basis/technical issues.
- Plans and calculates SAP system changes in the Maintenance Planner.
- Experienced in support package stack upgrade and release upgrades for both ABAP and JAVA environments.
- Experienced in system monitoring & health checks (Dynatrace and SAP Focused Run), kernel upgrades in both Linux and Windows environments, applying support packages and Add-Ons using SPAM and SAINT, SAP Note implementation, SSO/SSL configuration, language installations, job scheduling, and system parameter changes.
- Worked on client administration tasks like local client copy, new client creation, client deletion and client settings maintenance.
- Responsible for setting up Transport Management system and imports through STMS and OS levels.
- Responsible for raising internal incidents with the internal SAP development colleagues to resolve complex issues.

Role: Technical Landscape Owner (SAP Demo Education cloud)
- Acts as contact for technical coordination, change management, and escalation point mainly during APJ time zone between SAP’s internal training, demo, and consulting (TDC) team and Solution & Innovation Experience (SiX) customer.
- Assess technical requests and dispatches the task to the appropriate technical groups within TDC team.
- Primarily joins escalation/911 calls during APJ time zone ensuring that all technical resources from TDC team are gathered and that daily normal business operations are restored as quick as possible.
- Participates on weekly Scrum meetings ensuring that all TDC related open topics/issues are discussed, updated, and closed.
- Review and development of processes to ensure that Service Level Agreement is attained.
- Supports daily business operations by handling technical service request tickets in ServiceNow tool.
- Provides updates on all related SDE topics during APJ monthly team information sessions.

Role: SAP Basis Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Part of the Command Center as 1st and 2nd level SAP Basis engineer mainly handling incident and service request tickets for all North America shared accounts.
- Responsible in handling transport requests, setting up Transport Management system and imports through STMS and OS levels.
- Responsible for the productive system monitoring and health checks as well as job scheduling and management.
- Participated in productive system copybacks/refreshes for the Clorox account.
- Participated remotely on disaster recovery drills for Clorox account ensuring that all productive systems are available and technical issues are troubleshooted.
- Responsible for system client administration and management
- Acted as the Single Point of Contact (SPoC) of fellow L1/L2 SAP Basis engineers for all related technical issues in DirecTV account. Also responsible for creating and updating current best approach documents for all known technical issues and changes.
- Responsible for generating DirecTV account weekly KPI reports to be utilized by the Service Account Team Leads.

Role: Service Account Team Lead
- Served as Service Account Manila Team Lead for DirecTV and General Motors accounts responsible for managing first and second level SAP Basis engineers ensuring excellent service is provided in the areas of incident, change, and problem management.
- Responsible for ensuring that KPIs are met in accordance with the SLA.
- Regularly meets with the regional delivery leads to report Manila team’s service delivery performance and formulates continuous improvement plans to achieve high quality of support.
- Acted as 3rd level technical escalation point for all North America Shared Accounts.
