My current role is within Global Food Safety / Sanitation, focusing on Plant Hygiene in AMEA (Asia Middle East and Africa) region. The key role is to provide guidance on aspects of Allergen, Hygienic Design, Hygienic Zoning, Pest Control, Sanitation and GMP. 

Within my 30 years of experiences in FMCG industry, I gained expertise in Manufacturing, and Quality roles, both in global/regional roles.

I am familiar with Food Safety Management System (FSSC) , ISO 9001, QM Pillar and some other management system.

My key expertise are :

• Plant Hygiene as part of Food Safety implementation.
• Quality Management system and improvement
• Factory improvement program through Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).

I joined Mondelez International in 2015 as Senior Manager Sanitation for AMEA (Asia Middle East Africa) region, based in Singapore.

Key accomplishment :

2022     Coordinating Sanitation technology replication around the region (Dry steam cleaning, Dry ice, Cleaning at height, robotic duct cleaning).

2020     Co-led global partnership program with Diversey on cleaning & sanitation 

2018     Advisor for Quality transformation process after acquisition of Vietnam local company.

2016     Led global partnership program on Pest Management with Rentokil and Ecolab Pest.

Worked with Unilever Asia from 2008 - 2015, based in Singapore as :

• Global Quality Excellence Asia
• SAP Project Lead for Quality Management
   

Key accomplishment :

2013 Completed design of Supplier Quality Approval process globally

2011 Completion of SAP QM roll out within Asia Africa countries.

2008     Designing Quality Pillar within TPM and driving implementation at factory.
