• Led sales and marketing of the business
• Managed customer enquires and feedback
• Handled all installation, service, troubleshooting, maintenance and repair (residential and commercial) of air-conditioning, heat pump, water dispenser, coffee machines and kitchen refrigeration. 
• Use of diagnostic tools and equipments to diagnose machine errors
• Provide summary report to clients after completion of jobs
• Handled all administrative matters – manpower, contractors, insurance, regulatory matters
