I'm a fresh arts graduate with almost a decade's worth of experience as a professional musician. Looking for a new challenge with the portable skills and passion for research I've picked up along the way!

Active musician in the Singaporean music industry, having performed with pop artists
such as Narelle Kheng and Masia One, the Jazz Association of Singapore Orchestra (JASSO) led by Jeremy Monteiro, and the Orchestra of the Music Makers.

Composed horn lines for Mediacorp's TV Series "128 Circle" theme song, "Gonna Rise Up", which won Best Song for Asian TV Series at the Content Asia Awards 2022.

Music tutor for school bands such as St Andrew's Junior College, Singapore
Chinese Girls' School, and Xinmin Secondary School from 2015-2017.

I graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Music (with Honours) at the National University of Singapore, majoring in Music & Society and minoring in philosophy. The Music & Society Programme specialises in research encompassing the study of music in potential social, political, economic, and aesthetic contexts. Through this, I have written research papers exploring the intersections of improvisation and the philosophy of language, and also the development of career-thinking in undergraduate students through qualitative analysis.
