• Manage and maintain consumables and equipment including conducting regular inventory check and replenishing supplies • Assisted Director of company to expand company outlets from 1 outlet to the current 5 outlets. Under HR / Administrative Matters:- 

• Handle employee medical, annual leaves and training records • Manage application, renewal and cancellation of all work passes • To maintain time management system, process payroll, IR8A,IR21

 • To coordinate and arrange staff training

• To perform office administration tasks including procurement of office equipment and supplies, insurance, travel bookings.

 • Handle full spectrum of payroll admin using Carbonate HR software • Coordinates with Finance Department on monthly treasury provision for payroll related activities

 • Processes and verify statutory claims like NS leave and Government Paid Leave like Childcare leave and Maternity leave
