  •  assist residents with activities of daily living such as                                 feeding, bathing, toileting, mouth care, grooming and etc.
               •  monitor and document residents' vital signs
               •  document and report changes in residents’ behaviour
                                       •  NGT feeding
                                       •  turn, reposition and move residents between wheelchair,                                         seat and bed
                                       •  light housekeeping such as changing bed linnen, wiping                    residents’ bed, washing utensils and cups, mopping,                                                      emptying bedpans, etc
                                       •  assist SN in doing IMC, wound dressing and administering                                     medications
                                       •  perform daily group exercise
