Moreover, I have supported sales teams with my technical knowledge during pre-sales stages and have executed various system tests, including functional, regression, and usability tests. My post-implementation support role involves coordinating with B2B clients and product and technical support teams, always aiming to identify opportunities for system enhancements and upselling.

My journey commenced at PT. Warna Bintang Kreasi in Jakarta, Indonesia, where I honed my skills in application analysis and regulatory reporting systems for banking institutions. Progressing to roles at Enterprise Advanced System Intelligence and ENOVAX PTE LTD in Singapore, I expanded my expertise to include project management for POS, Inventory Management, and Business Intelligence projects, along with web and mobile solutions development. My tenure at SCSK Asia Pacific Pte Ltd, a subsidiary of Sumitomo Corporation, marked a significant chapter where I led initiatives in digital transformation and business development, navigating the complexities of a Japanese multinational environment. This diverse experience has equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of project lifecycle management, digital transformation strategies, and the ability to drive significant business improvements in multinational corporations.

I am an alumnus of Bina Nusantara University in Jakarta, Indonesia, where I completed my Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, majoring in Information Systems, Class of 2005. My academic journey provided me with a solid foundation in computer science principles and a deep understanding of information systems, setting the stage for my subsequent professional achievements. To further enhance my skills and stay current with the evolving technological landscape, I pursued courses in Big Data, Data Science, Machine Learning Basics, and Scrum Product Ownership. My commitment to professional development is also evidenced by my attainment of the Project Management Professional (PMP)® and Certified Scrum Product Owner® certifications, demonstrating my proficiency in project management methodologies and agile practices.
