•  Security Command Centre duties primary and secondary service support in the area of Security and Fire Alarm System Monitoring; Emergency monitoring, Review CCTV monitoring, and routine dispatching of personnel. Dispatching and coordinating response to incidents that occur on company premises, or events, using the appropriate communication methods. Responses may be to medical emergencies, burglar, fire, or duress alarms and other events or needs. coordination of incidents etc.
• Responding to alarm, investigate alarm and submitting alarm reports in the input portal. 
• Assist on Travel declarations and Safety team in conducting checks with employees who are in affected areas. Monitor the Secure Safe entry check-in and temperature screening.
Manage and maintain access control systems using (CCure 9000), Dvtel (FLIR), Iris Enrollment for Visitor Management System
• Enforce In-house security measures and safety protocols.
• Provisioning and terminating of access for outsourced personnel.
• Support a 18 men security team in managing the access control,physical security incidents and events, report to management required by relevant stakeholder.
• Any other security service request duties such as security escort etc.
• Monthly Environmental Health and Safety Inspection and Audit checks.
Submit daily reports (Reports of any defaults and defects to the facility.)
• Trained in PPE gearing and Escort Person under Quarantine in PPE.
• Trained CERT team, trained emergency first aider + CPR at workplace (Respond to Fire Emergency in Building. to handle fire emergencies in buildings. The skills would include evacuation plans and protocols)
