Hello sir,

    This is Ganesh. Currently I am working in Singapore as a Site Engineer at Boskalis in the offshore area of the island. I am a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical with 8.76 CGPA First Class and Distinction and have 3 years of experience as Quality Engineer in Automobile Manufacturing Sheet Metal Industry in India. 

In my current role as a site engineer at Boskalis, I’m a responsible for managing overall site activities and Completing site quality inspections to ensure all dredging and infilling works meets design, specification and quality standards, Preparing safe work method statement procedures and risk assessments to complete work onsite safely and effectively, Compiling records of dredging activities and flat top barge movement, machinery breakdown, Conduct internal audit to ensure and develop work activities in safety oriented

Prior to this position, I spend 3 years working as a quality engineer for auto mobile industry. In this role I was tasked with a handful of unique challenges, including kaizen implementation, poka-yoke implementation, handling task of new process development, contributing to minimize customer complaints and reduces reject parts and process implements, conduct audits internal supplier process and product gauge gid fixture.
