•Productivity and HRM improvement and saving of >US$20mil through lean integration and scheduling (@Proudfoot for Rio Tinto, Oyu Tolgoi mining industry)
•Develop and implement several business transformation initiatives and HRM techniques to attained commercial values (@Proudfoot for clients: Cobham, PG Technologies, California Diaries, Jardines Cycle & Carriage, Rio Tinto Oyu Tolgoi, Mauser, Hong Kong MTR).
