 Certified global corporate auditor for HSE&S self-assessment questionnaire (SAQ)and assist the sites in
the implementation of best practices across and internal audit to the sites International Organization for
Standardization (ISO) 14001 and ISO45001 management system.
 Develop the Hazardous area classification plan
 Develop the HSES policy in alignment with the Business and integrated supply chain (ISC) strategy.
 Providing functional / Technical leadership and consultation /advice to the Manufacturing leadership team
with an emphasis on identifying Hazards related to Process Safety, compliance obligations, risk
assessment, and security and aiding sites in implementing compliant technological solutions.
 Providing HSES leadership and technical support to capital projects, from concept design to
commissioning and operational handover involving testing of safety interlock and sequence and
operational parameters to comply with Management of Change procedure.
 Setting HSES direction in alignment with corporate business strategy and regional business strategy and
implementing HSES programs accordingly.
 Assisting with process safety functional improvement initiatives (e.g., training, tools, work processes,
auditing, metrics, internal programs and standards).
 Support Product Safety Management (SIRE, GHS label and life cycle) and regulatory affairs
 Lead the accident investigation and follow up with corrective actions
 Audit the different business units against the corporate standard and identify the gaps and recommend
actions for improvements.
 Develop the programs based on the lagging indicator in alignment with business and regional functions.
 Develop security procedures and conduct annual security assessments based on country-specific risks
and develop an improvement action plan
 Improve Employee Engagement of staff by Gemba walk, conduct training, HSE promotions, Safety Day,
Golden principal day, and Machine safety day.
 Key achievements: Zero TRI since 2015, best performance awards for the site in 2015
