Over the course of my career, I have had the privilege of leading and managing schools in diverse cultural and educational settings. From my experience in India, I developed a strong foundation inIndian  curriculum development, instructional best practices, and fostering a student-centered learning environment. My tenure in the UAE provided me with a comprehensive understanding of the local educational system, policies, and regulations, as well as experience in working with a multicultural student body and diverse teaching staff.

 I actively engaged in the school inspection process, ensuring compliance with international standards and implementing quality improvement strategies. I have gained an in-depth understanding of the inspection framework employed in UAE schools, including the evaluation of teaching and learning practices, assessment methods, school management, and student support systems. I am adept at analyzing data, identifying areas for improvement, and formulating effective action plans to enhance overall school performance.
