-Liaising with vessels on any discrepancies on monthly reporting of Victualling cost and bonded stores.

-Prepare all payments in bank (vessel related, staff claims)

-Record bank entries and monthly reconciliation.

-Arrange CTM payment to vessels.

-Make fund request to owners and rechargeable invoices.

-Liaison with vendors,owners,banks and auditors.

-Preparing monthly OPEX report for each vessel within timeline.
(Total handled 7 vessels)

-Responding to owner’s queries while liaising with technical and
crewing departments.
