Hello, my name is HtetWai, and graduated in mechanical engineering from Technological University in 2019. I have 4 years of experience as a service engineer in the heavy machinery field. With 4 years of experience as a Service Engineer in heavy machinery, I have developed a strong foundation in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, particularly with Kobelco excavators at Myanmar Kaido Company. I am skilled in troubleshooting, repair, installation, and maintenance. My career is marked by competence, loyalty, and the ability to efficiently coordinate diverse teams and resources to achieve objectives.

      I worked service engineer for 4 years in the Myanmar Kido Company. During my experience, I collaborated with service engineers, technicians, and various departments to resolve complex issues and improve service efficiency. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic problems. Maintained detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, parts used, and customer interactions. Conducted regular maintenance to prevent breakdowns and extend equipment life. Provided technical assistance to the spare parts sales team and trained operators on safety and general maintenance procedures.

      I graduated Bachelor of Engineering in mechanical engineering from Technological University in 2019. During my academic years, I study Mechanical design, Thermodynamic, Fluid Mechanic, Internal Combustion Engine, Renewable Energy, and Humanity Science. In that year, my successful projects were drift carts driven by solar power (Fourth year), Kobelco Excavator Sk75-8 Hydraulic System (Fifth year), and Kubota combine harvester DC-70G Belt Drive System (Graduated Thesis)
