Hui Ping

Due to my interest in details and numbers, as well as my enjoyment of Principles of Accounts during secondary school, I chose to pursue a Diploma in Accountancy at Ngee Ann Polytechnic and graduated in May 2020. Currently, I am a penultimate student at Singapore Management University School of Accountancy.

My most defining characteristic is my driven passion to learn with a curious mindset. Hence, although occasionally I come off as shy and reserved, I am not afraid to step out of my comfort zone and seek guidance to grow and improve myself. As an aspiring professional accountant, I am committed, resilient, and responsible with my work. I am also a meticulous and independent individual, having honed these attributes during my studies. I also see myself as a team player and possess interpersonal skills through constant collaborations in group projects.

I mostly spend my personal time either volunteering with non-profit organizations, reading, listening, and singing to music, or learning. Furthermore, I have a strong statement and belief that all - no matter race, religion, gender, or any other differentiating factors should have access to equal opportunities to grow as an individual.
