Being certified as a Cardiac Device Specialist by International Board of Heart Rhythm Examiners (IBHRE) 
since 2019, supported education and sales of implantable cardiac devices in hospital and clinics settings.

SENIOR CARDIAC PHYSIOLOGIST, THE HEART AND VASCULAR CENTRE
1. Coordinated and negotiated for pricing of equipment with external vendors during clinic expansion.
2. On-site planning for equipment and clinic furniture placement with doctors. 
3. Managed daily operational flow and patient workload.
4. Conducted troubleshooting and liaised with vendors for equipment breakdowns and repair.
5. Trained and supervised junior cardiac technologists and help review their ultrasound scans.
6. Independently performed transthoracic echocardiography and reported the results.

1. Created and designed training material for new products by summarizing complex scientific content into concise information for customers. Training materials created were widely used by trainers as in-house training.

4. Guided junior cardiac technologists in electrocardiogram analysis using GE MARS system. 
5. Performed more than 1000 cardiac ultrasounds each year on patients in outpatient and inpatientsettings.
6. Participated in various researches (local and overseas), mainly acquisition of echocardiography images.
7. Set up, operated and troubleshoot various Cardiac Implantable Electronic Devices (CIED) programmers and decipher data interrogated from CIED.
