Talent Acquisition:
- Talent Sourcing via LinkedIn and Monster, poaching of candidates for regional (Indonesia) hires.
- Market compensation & benefits research for local & global recruitment (Vietnam, India, Indonesia etc)
- Involved in Technical hiring (DevOps, Frontend, Backend, Mobile Development, Java etc) & Commercial hiring (Finance, Graphic Design, Marketing, Operations, HR, Content Creators etc)
- End-to-end recruitment: Job postings, screening calls, coordinating and liaising with relevant stakeholders, reference checks, offers & onboarding.
- Ensuring seamless transition into work, following up with hired candidates to ensure they are well adjusted to their new environment.
- Fastest closing of role: Permanent (2 weeks, including a 2-3 days challenge), Part-time (3 days)
- Average hires fluctuate between 3-5 hires/month, from intern/junior to senior executive roles.
Employee Engagement:
- Planned Employee Engagement events (Twice a month - One for bonding, one for learning skills) for employees at no to low cost.
- Steady attendance rates, encouraging new joiners to participate in order to help them assimilate into work culture.
- Started a permanent book club during my time here.
- Helped to host events such as birthday celebrations and team bonding activities by own initiative.
- Aided in the implementation/transition to different types of HR software (TA ATS, Performance Management & Employee Recognition)
Employer Branding:
- Partnered and established relations with Tech Bootcamp schools such as General Assembly, SmartAcademy, Rocket Academy, Le Wagon etc.
- Managed 99.co Singapore's LinkedIn page - from content ideation/creation to liaising with the design team, posting and tracking analytics periodically (weekly & monthly). Saw increase of followers from 7,800 to 9,000.
- Spearheaded branching out to Tiktok & Instagram as well.

Singapore Polytechnic - Diploma in Human Resource Management with Psychology
