In charge of leading a police resource comprising of officers of different ethnic backgrounds to project police presence and protect sensitive locations and critical infrastructures islandwide. 

Duties involve managing personnel and strategic planning of patrolling operations as well as incident management and communication on the ground.

Played a key role in redesigning the 4D digital portal curated by the Experience Strategy team for a better streamlined experience for the organisation to obtain materials of the 4D framework.

Participated in ethnographic research and behavioural studies to redefine digital communications and collaboration with stakeholders internal and external during the COVID-19 quarantine period. Developing a communications rule book that is aimed at reducing the gap between digital and physical communication.

Participated in studies on gamification across the organisation.
Participated in the analysis of the Digital Banking environment.

Part of the Flight Operations team that oversees the planning and airside transfer of clients flying to and fro Singapore via Seletar Airport (WSSL) in private aircrafts.
Day to day liason with foreign FBO's / Pilots internationally to closely coordinate flights.
Played a key role in efforts to the planning and execution of a private aviation airshow cum gala dinner.

Participated in basic surface level maintenance of private aircrafts.
Led graphic design efforts encompassing MRO operations, Flight operations & Events.
