Hello, I'm a manager and investigations officer with the Animals and Veterinary Service, NParks. I have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with Honors from NUS. In my short time with NParks, I have helmed the organisation's efforts to tackle illegal online animal sale and have worked extensively to develop the criminal network, identifying key persons of interest to be targeted for operations. I have also worked approximately two hundred cases involving animal welfare and cruelty issues. My experience in investigations have also seen me take the lead in several inter-departmental cases, working closely with and drawing on the expertise from my colleagues in other areas of enforcement. As a manager, I am no stranger to putting up reports for my superiors evaluation, providing my own assessment and recommendations for each task. I am also comfortable in presentations and have drawn on various sources of information to perform appropriate sense-making and coherent analysis from said information. to achieve day-to-day mission objectives.

• Worked closely with highly technical teams in a challenging operations environment. This involved the

communication and coordination between various departments of highly varied skillsets while ensuring

zero tolerance for security breaches.
