Managed Singapore Technologies Engineering’s India business leading a matrix team with Singapore staff in diverse areas of Aerospace, Electronics, Land Systems and Marine. Delivered continual business growth by improving service resilience, enhancing customer relationships, expanding network through strategic vendor relationships, cultivating solid customer relationships and earning trust. 

Employed in the Singapore Armed Forces for 31 years and subsequently at Singapore Technologies Engineering for 10 years. Deployed in-country for 10 years in India. Also trusted to lead new market entry into the Middle-East, particularly for Saudi Arabia with strategic marketing efforts to build relationships, create leads, opportunities and success in delivery. 

Education

Attended the 45th National Security and Strategic Studies Course at the National Defence College, New Delhi, Jan to Dec 2005 

Accredited with an M Phil from University of Madras, India
