  • Ensure all servicing are done in full and on time
  • Conducting training for new driver regarding PDA phone system app
  • Train new aboard operation staff admin and assistant manager to ensure they understand new system and sop.
  • Daily order processing report for warehouse, customer service, washroom, Garments, Mat department
  • Support month end billing closing
  • Work with account department to resolve customer payment
  • Daily inventory report for keep track the out-service stock product
  • Time to time resolve driver docket issues
  • Expedite on urgent order upon request from the client
  • Daily answer internal, external, customer, service, Sale and technicians calls
  • Arrange with technicians for urgent repair 
  • Coordination with inter department for operational issue
  • Create new account, terminate account, suspend account and product, transfer product to another account when receive instruction from sale contract, CS and account department
  • Prepare yearly schedule date upon request from client
  • Close Coordination with 32 driver, 32 attendant and 4 team leader, customer service, sales, warehouse, account and technician department regard operation issue
  • Prepare advance DO upon customer, sale and driver requested
  • Handling customer complaint and driver feedback
  • Daily print out DO 900plus and Sort by driver route
  • Base of sale contract Amend and prepare daily packing lists
  • Handle project base management for card and Integrate old system to new system with involve cross-function department
  • Monthly send report for project base progressing
  • Ad Hoc duties assigned by manager
  • Apply driver clearance pass for delivery
  • Assist Garment and liner department, change schedule date and pick-up date, Amend garment and liner qty. 
  • Submit weekly clearance pass
  • Assist purchase department, issues delivery order and tax invoice and self-collect customer 
  • Plan with Garment, liner, washroom, mat department and driver team before advance order processing during public holiday period
