Education:

During my educational journey, I had the privilege of interning at Singapore Airport Terminal Services as a Load Control Intern from October 2017 to February 2018. Working closely with load control officers, I gained valuable insights into their responsibilities and job scope. One of my notable achievements during this internship was the creation of a flight monitoring alarm system, which significantly improved the efficiency of the department. This experience allowed me to develop strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.

Skills & Interests:

I possess proficiency in various Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Additionally, I have held a valid Class 3 Driving License since 2016, with a clean driving record. I take pride in my ability to communicate effectively in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin). These skills have proven to be invaluable in my personal and professional interactions.

Achievements:

In terms of achievements, I have completed the SAR Part-66 B2 Basic Training (M01 to M10) with Lufthansa Technical Training, demonstrating my commitment to continuous learning and professional growth. I have also completed a Basic Flying Course with the Singapore Youth Flying Club, which allowed me to develop a deeper appreciation for aviation. One of the most memorable moments in my journey was completing my First Solo Flight, showcasing my determination and ability to overcome challenges.

Outside of academics and aviation, I was an active member of the International Students Club in Temasek Polytechnic, where I served as a main committee member. This role has provided me with opportunities to enhance my leadership and organizational skills. Furthermore, I have had the privilege of being the Vice-Captain and Student Leader in the Softball CCA, where I have learned the importance of teamwork, discipline, and perseverance.

I have gained diverse experience in the operations, transportation, and logistics industry, showcasing my skills and expertise through various roles. I am employed as a Car Jockey Stevedore at Conqueror Express Pte Ltd, where I operate class 3 vehicles proficiently, ensure safe vehicle operation, and collaborate with a team to efficiently load and unload vessels. As a Delivery Driver at Jay-Pro Pte Ltd, I excelled in delivering packages on time by choosing the most optimal routes, maintaining safe driving practices in congested areas, and successfully handling rush deliveries to meet customer needs. As an Operations Manager at Govoom Pte Ltd, I oversaw a team of 25-30 delivery drivers, managed unforeseen circumstances like vehicle breakdowns, and prioritized high-quality customer service. I implemented effective strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs throughout my tenure. In my earlier role as an Admin Support Assistant in the Fuel Supply Section of HQ Transport in the Singapore Armed Forces, I took charge of daily operations, supported and monitored my colleagues' tasks, and ensured smooth functioning. Additionally, I gained valuable experience as an Internship Student with Load Control at Singapore Airport Terminal Services, where I collaborated with load control officers, familiarized myself with their duties, and actively contributed to improving departmental efficiency by creating a flight monitoring alarm system

From January 2021 to December 2023, I am pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Science (Aviation) at the Singapore Institute of Management - Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology. My current cumulative GPA is 3.4 out of 4.0. During my studies, I excelled in subjects such as Airline Operations, Airport Operations, Aviation Industry Environment, Airport Planning Management, and Aircraft Systems, achieving a Distinction in each. Additionally, I attained a High Distinction in Aviation Strategy, Aircraft Maintenance Management, Aircraft Airworthiness, and Sustainable Aviation.

Prior to my bachelor's degree, I completed a Diploma in Aerospace Electronics at Temasek Polytechnic from April 2015 to May 2018. I achieved a cumulative GPA of 2.69 out of 4.0. Notably, I performed well in Avionic Systems, Organizational Communication, and Aircraft Aerodynamics. Furthermore, I gained practical experience by completing a 6-month attachment with Lufthansa Technical Training to attain a SAR Part-66 B2 Basic Training.
