  • Successfully implemented and supported of Global System Implementation – SAP (EU Region) – for 21 countries with project budget MUSD 100+, in 2 years+ period, as well as smoothly transitioned into new processes (change management), for the role Business Process Expert – Finance Direct Procure to Accounts Payable (RTC)
  • Developed and implemented new processes in Global Sourcing for the group and grew the organization, which resulted in consistent achievements. Maintained vendor disbursement dashboard in a green light KPI with volume of approx. USD 1.2 billion per year
  • Identified and implemented cost-based initiatives, such as incorporating technologies such as TradeCard and SAP, and slashed manual work by more than 50%

NEC STEE Cloud Services (Group of NEC) Pte Ltd, Singapore  

  • Implemented year-long SAP B1 (end to end solution), smooth and successfully went life
