My earlier background with Diploma in Production Technology equipped me with technical knowledge plus Business Management in Advance Diploma and Degree from University of Bradford enhance my skill in my present role which I belief would assist in this new role in your company.
Presently, I am with Schaefer System International Pte Ltd as Regional Business Development Manager (Export Manager). Together with my team, we cover the following countries working with distributors, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Sri Lanka, Mauritius, Myanmar, Brunei. Non distributors countries like, Bangladesh, Cambodia, Mongolia etc. As well as supporting sales offices in Latin America, US, Europe & UK with system manufactured from our Asian factory in Malaysia and China.
As a Export Manager, I had to work closely with the distributor; direct client as well as great relationship with the rest of the sales office and the factory. Conduct sales training for distributor and coordinate technical training with new and updates for distributor / Sales office together with the engineering team of the factory.
We had archived the department sales target yearly, even during the COVIC period we manage to produce positive result.
