a) Supervision and inspection Structural Works.

b) Supervision and inspection of Precast Elements (PC Columns, Beams, Drop Panels & Façade) installation.

c) Review construction drawings and check for discrepancy, updates and revisions.

d) Witness and verify all field test carried-out on site and testing center with the Resident Technical Officer.

e) Coordinate with the Design Team for the design and production of shop drawings, BIM, temporary works drawings and construction sequence drawings.

f) Report directly to the Project Manager / Site Manager for the project status and progress of the works.

g) Coordinate with the RTO and the sub-contractor staff for site works inspection and the implementation of the health, safety and sanitation schemes.

h) Prepare Progress Report and attend to bi-weekly progress meeting with clients, consultants and other technical people.
