Summary of Job Experiences:

I have a diverse background in supply chain and inventory management, with a focus on demand planning, shipment coordination, and stock level optimization. Through strategic initiatives, I successfully reduced stock out situations in distributor warehouses. I also implemented effective inventory control measures, conducting monthly meetings and generating reports to identify and address slow-moving and obsolete SKUs. In addition, I played a pivotal role in coordinating shipments with local distributors and freight forwarding companies, ensuring efficient handling of stocks.

Beyond supply chain, I have experience in e-commerce visual asset creation using Adobe Photoshop and conducted market research surveys to evaluate the effectiveness of advertising campaigns. During the early stages of the Covid-19 pandemic, I proactively identified at-risk SKUs and facilitated stock transfers between distributors to prevent out of stock situations.

Furthermore, at my current job in IKEA, I actively contributed to range management and operational stock queries, providing timely reports on stock availability, obsolete inventory, and overstock situations. I conducted daily stock counts to maintain accuracy and reduce unnecessary costs. With a range of approximately 3000 articles, I monitored and optimized order creation to minimize out-of-stock and overstock scenarios. Finally, I collaborated closely with the sales department to forecast and plan initial ordering quantities, as well as develop sell-out plans for outgoing product ranges.
