• Full set account experience
• preparation and submission of GST tax to IRAS
• Maintaining billing system and account receivable file
• Reconcile payment of invoices with bank statement to ensure all payment are properly post
• Follow up overdue invoice ,sent out reminder and SOA
• Post payment received by bank ,cash and cheque into accounting software.
• Generate monthly financial reports detailing account receivable status such as paid and unpaid invoice progress
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of AP invoice into accounting system
