Final Year student in NUS. Passionate about learning new skills and information, telling stories with data to help others gain insight for important decision-making since these decisions help drive the business forward. Throughout my university, I've learned a lot of different programming languages such as Python, and SQL for database management and machine learning techniques, visualization tools such as Tableau hold a lot of value to me as the visualizations could be used to tell different stories depending on how it's viewed, or how we portray it to be.

Apart from academics,  I also took part actively in my extracurricular activities and managed to obtain a black belt in Taekwondo, fulfilling my childhood interest.

Data Analytics Intern, DBS Asia Central, Singapore May 2022 - Jul 2022 

• Developed dashboards and visualizations in Tableau under Agile Scrum workflow to tell meaningful stories and actionable insights on business performance to management team 

• Collaborated with cross-functional teams to identify appropriate data sources, extract data, and construct integrated information solutions to meet requirements of various business units using Tableau Flow 

• Performed cleansing, de-duplication, and harmonization of data in preparation for business analysis; identified and interpreted trends in Python to test business logic 

• Standardized dashboards look and feel across all dashboards in Tableau to reduce time spent on customizing design by developers by at least 30% 
 

Business Analyst Intern, Global SCP Medical Systems Pte Ltd, Singapore Jun 2021 - Dec 2021 

• Initiated and built data set to report on Sales Agreements with use of data visualization tools such as Tableau, providing useful insights to revamp operation efficiency 

• Manage & monitor daily operations to devise an efficient tracking system for users by combining D365 report and Excel with the increasing order volume due to the Covid-19 situation; decrease time lag in order completion 

• Compiled and analyzed data in operations to provide innovative solutions, solving new problems with restrictions of new ERP system (D365) 

• Coordinate between key operation figures such as customers from 8 different countries, suppliers, and finance team to increased efficiency in business flow

• Created test script for new and updated projects, consulting with the Product Development team to evaluate system interface; released final product on time 

• Executed UAT tests and regression testing, updated UAT Defect Log Entry and business requirements documentation daily 

• Conducted compatibility tests on different platforms as a tester for 3 months; cooperated closely with the IT department to implement solutions for defects found to maintain a smooth transaction on user-end
