Duties: Account
Prepare cheque payments, payment vouchers, payrolls, expenses and medical
claims
Handle and reimbursement on petty cash
Handle bank transactions, maintain up to date banking records and perform
monthly bank reconciliation.
Liaise with outsource auditor for month-end closing, management reports, tax
and audit matters.
Prepare government payout such as IRAS payout, & NSmen Payout.
Other Adhoc duties as assigned by bosses
Duties: Human Resource
Handle Work Permit Online & EPOL such as WP/SP/EP applications, renewals,
cancellation, loss of card, update of wages, address etc.
Maintain workers Dormitory registrations and renewals.
Maintain foreign employees home leave and apply waiver of foreign levies.
Follow up with foreign candidates and/ or new foreign employees on relevant
paperwork such as employment applications, pre-employment medical check,
and other related letters
Prepare all workers HR letters such as letter of appointment, increment, warning
letter, terminations etc.
Other duties related to MOM/BCA/IRAS/CPF/HDB etc.
Duties: Admin
Handle and manage incoming and outgoing correspondences (calls, fax, emails,
letters).
Processing invoices, delivery orders, consignment notes, shipping orders
Preparation of quotation for each of project requirement, purchase order from
suppliers for each of project.
Liaise with outsource company for preparing and purchasing security bonds for
new foreign workers.

Year 2005 to 2007 : Nitec in Mechanical Technology, ITE College East
 

Year 2001 to 2004 : GCE ‘N’ Level, Bedok North Secondary School
