Assisted in accounting for and maintaining a thorough inventory of the bar and its wines. Was also tasked with processing payments and orders quickly.

Company Quartermaster Sergeant in the Singapore Armed Forces from Oct 2020 - Nov 2021

Worked in Detention Barracks in NS, a 24/7 unit which could demand logistic services at any time, be it night or day. Liaised swiftly with others outside of the military to procure products that could not be obtained within it. Also communicated extensively with other vocations within Military Police (MP) Command to provide logistical support. Achieved peak accountability and safety of stores single-handedly through the use of Microsoft Excel sheets to capture the exhaustive list of items. Also played a huge role in assisting his Regimental Quartermaster to pass a military audit.

Cashier/ Transporter at Constant Wind from Dec 2017 - Jan 2018

Worked to achieve high customer satisfaction rates by providing outstanding customer service, as a front-desk manager. Also worked to ensure a neat and welcoming sales environment through the arrangement, placement and maintenance of store items.
 

Currently studying at Nanyang Technological University, and currently studying for a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in English, has trained Joel to think swiftly and to engage with others well.
