Being in the consulting space, my expertise includes sales, management, forming strategies, negotiating in commercials and financials etc. Currently managing a team of 12 Sales and 11 Talent Acquisition across Singapore, Hong Kong and Japan, my contribution equates to around 60% of year-to-date revenue with team performance of over USD 2.3 million year to date. 

Experienced in capturing business requirements, business analysis and proposal of data driven solutions., with proven success in bridging client partnerships, driving global sales and business transformations. 

My role in the consulting side allows me to gain invaluable experience in negotiating and communications skills for end-to-end service delivery including proposal presentation, drafting and reviewing commercials and financials, writing up rate cards and working closely with the procurement and vendor management team with my clients and able to work across multiple internal and external teams.
