I am an experienced management leader with expertise in customer service, logistics, operations, piano technicians and delivery teams across various industries, such as music, logistics, events and training sectors. I have worked in international settings in Singapore, Malaysia and Taiwan, and I have also traveled to Germany, Egypt, Hong Kong, Japan, Russia and the UK for business.

Throughout my career, I have been successful in developing and executing strategies and systems to maximize operational efficiency, while meeting customer service and satisfaction goals. I have a knack for training and leading teams, and I strive to employ best practices to ensure the highest standards of quality and safety. Additionally, I possess excellent problem-solving skills and a strong affinity for systems and protocols.

My professional experience has taught me that success is often a result of implementing the right strategies and tactics to create an environment where teams can thrive and collaborate. It’s important to be able to recognize and maximize the potential of each individual, while also understanding the need to be flexible and willing to adapt to changes in the environment. Teamwork is essential, and a good leader must be able to motivate people to work together in a productive way. Furthermore, it is important to recognize that sometimes it is necessary to take a step back and let go of control, in order to achieve the best outcome.
