Currently undergoing Aerospace Engineering studies in NTU, looking for a career change towards IT.

Enthusiastic learner who engages in online platform to equip myself with relevant skillsets, recently enrolled into Vertical Institute bootcamp for cybersecurity.

Took up a 6 months internship at ST Electronics, SATCOM, during my final year polytechnic. I worked on a pocket GPS which tracks the location of each construction workers in the site. I was tasked to maintain the trackers by conducting software upgrades, rectifying damaged parts. These tasks equipped me with hardware skills such as soldering and replacing parts, software skills such as upgrading the software version and configuring the individual trackers.

Though I do not have relevant education in IT, I attained programming skills such as C, python and data science through my polytechnic and university program. I look forward to gaining skills in the IT sector, with an interest leaning towards network and cybersecurity. I enrolled in TryHackMe courses and Google Professional Cybersecurity program on coursera to gain the fundamentals and basic skills required for my ambitious career change process.
