- Lead the Food Safety Management System team, arrange and chair monthly meetings;
- Develop and plan the Food Safety Management System program;
- Train employees and conduct orientation to new hires on safety policies;
- Conduct monthly internal hygiene & safety inspections and make appropriate recommendations regarding food safety;
- Maintain proper documentation of trainings and audit conducted on the Food Safety Management System;
- Coordinate and work closely with F&B outlets and the kitchens to ensure that the Food Safety Management System adheres to the Hotel standards.

Joy is a professional with over 25 years of experience in training and development, management consultancy and quality & food safety auditing, 17 of which were at a managerial level. Professionally qualified by leading certification bodies in quality certification; Bureau Veritas (BV) and SGS ICS among others, Joy is the only lead auditor authorized to train and qualifies other BV food auditors in Asia Pacific during her tenure as Regional System Certification Services Manager.
